Subscription Policy
Subscription Benefit
The standard discount for a SoM subscription is 20% off MSRP for any SoM products that offer a subscription as outlined on our product page. This standard discount off MSRP will be applied for all future billing cycles.
Additional subscription discounts may be provided during special sales events or through other marketing promotions. These additional subscription discounts will only apply to the first billing cycle of any new subscriptions and will not apply to any subsequent billing cycles. Specific terms and conditions applicable to additional subscription discounts will be highlighted at checkout.
Unless specified as an additional subscription discount, all other discounts provided by us through marketing and promotional activities may not be added to the standard 20% off discount.
Applicable taxes and normal shipping rates and rules apply to all subscriptions.
Subscription Notification
You will receive an automatic notification to your account email address on file that your subscription will renew prior to renewal.
Subscription Cancellation
Your SoM subscription will automatically continue until paused or canceled. To cancel or modify your SoM subscriptions at any time login to your Account Dashboard or contact us through our support webpage.
Other Limitations
We reserve the right at our discretion to accept or refuse any subscription at any time.
SoM subscribers are not permitted to obtain our products for the purpose of resale or to ship to their current or potential customers using their SoM subscription.
Certain products are not eligible for a SoM subscription and are noted on our product webpage.
Fee and Renewal
The subscription fee is stated on our product webpage and at checkout. Applicable taxes, and shipping terms and conditions under our purchase terms and conditions apply to all subscriptions.
If all eligible payment methods on record in your account profile are declined for payment, you must provide us with a new eligible payment method or your subscription will be canceled.
If you provide us with a new eligible payment method and the charge is successful, your new subscription period and renewal dates may change. Visit your Account Dashboard to see your new renewal dates.
Unless you notify us that you wish to change or cancel your subscription or edit your subscription settings prior to your renewal date, your subscription will automatically continue. By signing up for a SoM subscription you understand and acknowledge that your subscription will automatically renew and you authorize us (without notice to you) to collected applicable subscription fees and all applicable taxes and shipping fees using any payment method we have on record for you.
Agreement Changes
We may, in our sole discretion, change these Terms at any time. Customers with an active SoM subscription will be notified through their account email address on file of any material changes to these Terms.
Termination by Us
We may terminate your SoM subscription without notice at our discretion. If we cancel your subscription after you have been charged a subscription fee but prior to the shipment of your order, your subscription will be canceled and we will provide you with a full refund. However, we will not give any refund for the termination of a subscription related to conduct that we determine (in our discretion) that violates these Terms or any applicable laws that involve fraud or misuse of our subscription or products, or is harmful to our interests or other persons. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
